I started Euphonia AI with my longtime colleagues and co-founders, John Riordan and Mike Oeth. Together, we had already spent years building OnSIP, a VoIP service that powered more than 100,000 businesses.
Through that experience, we saw firsthand how disruptive and expensive it is when a company misses a call—or worse, when a potential customer gets lost in voicemail or endless hold music. We knew there had to be a better way.
That became the spark for Euphonia AI: AI voice agents designed to answer, engage, and resolve calls just like a skilled human rep. Unlike chatbots or clunky IVR systems, our agents sound natural and conversational. They can qualify leads, schedule appointments, answer questions, filter spam, and even share case studies—always with the professionalism and warmth that business callers expect.
At the center of Euphonia AI is an orchestration layer that lets our agents go beyond scripts. They listen, adapt, and respond in real time, turning every inbound call into a seamless experience. For sales leaders, that means peace of mind: every opportunity is answered, every customer is engaged, and no one is left hanging.
At its core, Euphonia AI combines cutting-edge voice technology with deep telecom expertise. Our mission is simple: to make sure businesses never miss another call—and to make every caller feel like they’ve been heard.
